Important Note
Please be aware that some backgrounds in the photos have one-inch squares to help you gauge the size. The blue background, when shown, is for photographic purposes only. Rest assured, we securely pack and ship the lapel pin only. Pinbacks (clutches) may be different than shown in photos, coming in either rubber or metal. Let us know if you have a preference.
How fast will my order ship?
Store items ship from Reno, Nevada the same or next business day after payment. Freefall items ship within five business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
What does shipping cost?
Most of our items ship free in the United States. A few heavier items use live carrier rates, which you will see at checkout before you pay.
Can I return it?
Yes. Everything we sell has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the item is damaged, defective or not as described, we pay the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you, and your refund covers the full purchase price. Full returns & guarantee details.
Is there a guarantee on lapel pins?
Most of our lapel and hat pins carry a lifetime guarantee on workmanship and quality. If one fails, contact us and we will take care of it.
What are the squares in the photos?
Some photos show the item on a one-inch grid so you can judge its size. Measurements taken from the grid are approximate. Only the item ships, not the grid or background.
How do you describe metal, stones and makers?
We describe what we can confirm. If metal content, a stone or a maker has not been verified, the listing says so rather than guessing. Condition and any flaws are noted in the description and shown in the photos.
Can I ask a question or talk price?
Yes. Call 775-525-1973 Monday to Saturday 9 to 5, Sunday 10 to 4 (Pacific Time), or send us a message.
