From Pacific Pawnbrokers to PACPAWN.COM
We opened our first store in 1981 in Sparks, Nevada, under the name Pacific Pawnbrokers. From the start we did collateral lending, and we also did jewelry repair for several stores in the Reno area.
Around 1991 we bought a former bank building down the street and expanded. Over the years we grew to five collateral lending stores and two check cashing stores across Sparks, Reno and South Lake Tahoe.
PACPAWN.COM carries that history online. After decades of handling jewelry, watches, coins, militaria and collectibles, we know what we’re looking at, and we describe every piece honestly.

Joe
Joe opened Pacific Pawnbrokers in Sparks in 1981 and grew it into a group of stores across the Reno–Tahoe area. Today he and his team bring that same hands-on experience to PACPAWN.COM, checking, photographing and describing every piece we sell.
