How fast will my order ship?
Store items ship from Reno, Nevada the same or next business day after payment. Freefall items ship within five business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
What does shipping cost?
Most of our items ship free in the United States. A few heavier items use live carrier rates, which you will see at checkout before you pay.
Can I return it?

What are the squares in the photos?

How do you describe metal, stones and makers?
We describe what we can confirm. If metal content, a stone or a maker has not been verified, the listing says so rather than guessing. Condition and any flaws are noted in the description and shown in the photos.
