Everything we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund your purchase.
Lifetime Guarantee on Lapel Pins
Most of our lapel and hat pins carry a lifetime guarantee on workmanship and quality. If one fails, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Shipping Times
- Store items ship the same or next business day after payment.
- Freefall items ship within five business days after payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
Freefall and Store Items Are Separate
Freefall items and our regular store stock are two separate inventories. An item offered in Freefall is never listed in the regular store, and store items are never moved into Freefall.
How to Request a Return
- Call us at 775-525-1973 or email pacpawn@gmail.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the address to ship to.
- Pack the item securely so it arrives in the condition you received it.
- Once the item arrives, we issue your refund to your original payment method.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- Damaged, defective, or not as described: we pay the return shipping and take care of it.
- Changed your mind: the return shipping is your responsibility. Your refund covers the full purchase price once the item arrives back with us.
This applies to everything we sell, including Freefall items.
